From "Catch That Butterfly"

I travel the world, looking for rare insects
But there is one bug I have never seen...it's called the Gilded Golden Butterfly
I have to find that butterfly...why yes indeed, old chap it's true, entomology's what I do
That fancy word's a fancy way to say I study bugs all day
I only stop when I'm asleep and even in my dreams they creep
For I just love those bugs, old bean, there's hardly one I haven't seen
But I've never seen the Gilded Golden Butterfly, I hope one day to see one flutter by
Never seen the Gilded Golden Butterfly...I hope some day I shall
Rhino beetles, roaches, fleas, wasps and gnats and strange rare bees
Termites who can eat whole trees, I've studied every single one of these
I've been to Madagascar, I've been to Kathmandu
Just to inspect a rare insect, I've been to Cleveland, too
I've seen bugs in places not on any map, I've met more of them then any other chap
But I have never seen the Gilded Golden Butterfly, I hope one day to see one flutter by
Never seen the Gilded Golden Butterfly...I hope some day I shall
